Josh Lee looks like a nice guy because he is a nice guy. But he’s not afraid of a fight. And although his willingness to take on and often prevail against formidable opponents has given several people the impression that he can see around corners, it’s probably not true.

Josh’s colleagues and adversaries admire him for his intellect, energy and ability to quickly adjust focus and direction when necessary. His clients value him for his experience, integrity and fierce tenacity, but they also appreciate that these qualities are tempered by his ability to recognize when the moment is right to avoid litigation by negotiating a mutually advantageous settlement. Josh is a creative strategist but he’s also a canny pragmatist who understands that there is always more than one pathway to a solution.

Josh has litigated, negotiated and settled countless cases across the country and around the world. He has guided companies ranging from startups to established international corporations in every aspect of their business. His range of experience encompasses class actions, mass torts involving product liability and consumer fraud, intellectual property disputes, and collective bargaining agreements. His cases have involved genetic engineering, pharmaceuticals, crop science, trade secrets, civil conspiracy, asbestos, child-safety products, and catastrophic fires and explosions.
