Drahcir Smith is a seasoned Labor and Employment attorney who has successfully represented both employers and employees in employment litigation matters.  Drahcir is known for her innovative legal writing, her 360° style of thinking, and her easy smile, which she manages to deploy even in the most difficult situations. She has advised numerous Fortune 100 and 500 companies on compliance with employment law, prevention of workplace discrimination, and the development of effective personnel practices.  She has considerable  experience representing employers in wage and hour actions, discrimination charges and lawsuits, and in litigation involving post-employment restrictive covenants.  She particularly enjoys drafting employee handbooks and is notorious for her rousing harassment and discrimination training sessions.

Drahcir is also proficient at defending a range of other commercial litigation matters. She possesses an impressive background in white-collar criminal defense and has successfully represented numerous clients in over 200 federal administrative proceedings. Her approach to litigation is simple: Be thorough, be creative, be excellent.

Both inside and outside of her professional life, Drahcir believes in the importance of relationships.
