We have created board and company ERM policies and processes that ensure public company directors are fulfilling their duty to the shareholders. Crisis Management

When the worst happens, our clients want someone who has been there. RSHC includes recognized experts in crisis management. We know that lawsuits are not the only – or even the primary – thing our clients have to manage when a crisis has occurred. We are experienced in dealing with the full range of constituencies our clients have to satisfy at these times, including the board, shareholders, the press, customers, auditors, vendors, analysts, employees, regulators, elected officials and competitors, to name a few.

We have experience running Corporate Communications functions and working with PR and Crisis Communication firms. We cherish the compliment that we are the lawyers who crisis management consultants don’t hate because – unlike most litigators -- we recognize that potential plaintiffs can’t be our clients’ only focus. In addition, our lawyers have worked at all levels of government, managing Justice Department investigations and regulatory enforcement proceedings as well as navigating Congressional investigations and hearings.
