Jeffery Larry is a seasoned opportunity creator, entrepreneur, and business and legal thought leader. He has over 35 years of experience representing clients of all shapes and sizes in mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital, technology development and commercialization, fund formation, financial restructuring, corporate governance, equity and debt financing, and general corporate matters, most of which experience was acquired at Am Law 100 firms.
