Clients look to litigator Michelle Conklin to represent their interests in a range of matters in both state and federal courts, including antitrust, class actions, breach of contract, fraud, and shareholder disputes. Michelle handles cases at all stages of litigation, from research and discovery through motion practice and trial preparation.

She helps manage all aspects of discovery, including drafting and responding to requests and organizing document production.
