Bio

A dedicated advocate, Henry Jenkins focuses his practice on civil litigation with an emphasis on product liability. He has represented a wide array of clients, ranging from individuals to Fortune 500 companies in litigation within the manufacturing, insurance, and personal injury sectors. Henry has experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants in toxic torts, asbestos-related claims, and other product liability cases.

Henry pairs his creativity with strong writing and investigative skills, honed during his extensive legal internships and clerkships. He has worked with the Illinois State Supreme Court, where he assisted in drafting judicial opinions and gaining insight into courtroom dynamics; the Office of the Illinois State’s Attorney, where he drafted appellate briefs and presented oral arguments under a 711 license; and prominent Chicago law firms, where he focused on subrogation, personal injury, and civil litigation.

While earning his Juris Doctor from Loyola University Chicago School of Law, Henry was recognized for his leadership and service, receiving the Leadership, Service, and Public Interest Recognition Award.
