RSHC Strengthens Consumer Financial Services Litigation Practice with New Partner Nafiz Cekirge
Noted lending industry litigator Nafiz Cekirge joins RSHC as a partner managing his practice from both coasts in the firm's New York and Los Angeles/Irvine offices.
Cekirge has served as lead counsel in more than 200 mortgage mass actions in state and federal courts throughout the country and gained national recognition in the mortgage mass action area for his novel use of the Class Action Fairness Act (“CAFA”) to remove many of these mass actions to federal court. He also has significant experience in complex products liability, tort, and white collar cases.
