Bruce Wagman: Understanding the Law to Help Animals
On August 10 RSHC’s Bruce Wagman will be speaking on behalf of the San Francisco SPCA and its Shelter PALS program in an effort to help simplify the process of understanding the law as a means to increasing lifesaving efforts for animals. The discussion will be presented at the Los Angeles Network Partner Summit to attendees in animal rescue, shelters, volunteers, advocates, and partners in the Los Angeles area.
